Reduced drying efficiency

Insufficient hot air temperature: check the combustion of the hot air furnace, which may be caused by insufficient supply of fuel, malfunction of the burner or poor ventilation. Replenish the fuel in time, repair or replace the burner, and clean the ventilation pipe to ensure that the hot air furnace can provide enough high temperature hot air.
Material feeding too fast: If the feeding speed is too fast, it will lead to the coal staying in the dryer for too short a time and can not be fully dried. The feeding speed should be adjusted appropriately, and the feeding amount should be controlled reasonably according to the humidity of coal and the processing capacity of the dryer to ensure that the coal has enough residence time in the dryer.
Clogging inside the dryer: After a long time running, impurities in the coal or not completely dried coal pieces may accumulate inside the dryer, affecting the full contact between the hot air and coal and heat transfer. Regularly clean the inside of the dryer to remove the blockage, check whether the lifting plate and other parts are damaged, and replace them in time if they are damaged, so as to ensure that the materials can be evenly dispersed and turned in the dryer.
Abnormal vibration and noise
Failure phenomenon: In the process of operation, the coal dryer appears obvious vibration and abnormal noise, affecting the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
Possible reasons and solutions:
Loose parts: Check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of the various parts of the equipment are loose, especially the cylinder, bracket, transmission parts and other parts of the dryer. Tighten the loose bolts and nuts in time to ensure that all parts of the equipment are firmly connected.
Failure of transmission parts: Wear, damage or improper tension of transmission parts such as transmission belt, chain, gears, etc. may lead to vibration and noise of the equipment. Check the wear and tear of transmission parts, and replace them in time if they are found to be seriously worn; adjust the tension of transmission parts to make them in proper working condition.
Damaged bearings: Bearings are one of the key parts of the equipment, if they are damaged, it will cause vibration and noise of the equipment. Hot air furnace failure

Burner failure: Problems with the ignition device, nozzle, gas or fuel supply system of the burner may lead to failure of normal ignition or insufficient combustion. Check whether the electrode of the ignition device is carbonized, whether the nozzle is blocked, whether the fuel supply pipe is leaking, etc. Clean up the carbon, unclog the nozzle and repair the leaking part in time to ensure that the burner works normally.
Furnace leakage: hot air furnace furnace body sealing is not tight, will lead to air leakage, affecting the combustion efficiency and hot air temperature. Check the sealing condition of the furnace body, sealing the found air leakage parts, such as replacing the gasket, repairing the cracks in the furnace body, etc., to ensure that the sealing of the furnace body is good.
Temperature control system failure: the temperature control system of the hot air furnace malfunction, can not accurately control the hot air temperature. Uneven quality of coal after drying
