Coal mill dynamic powder selector is mainly used as a classifying equipment in the coal powder preparation (milling) system of cement plant.
The material enters into the separator with the airflow from the air inlet pipe 11, reaches the upper part of the shell through the gap between the inner and outer cones, changes the direction through the guiding blade, forms the rotating airflow and enters into the rotor, and the material is sorted under the joint action of the rotating airflow and rotor rotation. Qualified materials (fine powder) with the airflow into the inner rotor, discharged through the air outlet, the next level of dust collection equipment will be collected by the finished material; unqualified materials (coarse powder) collected by the powder selector cone, through the return material skid back to the mill again cycle.
