Explosion-proof dust collector is a series of high efficiency bag-type dust collector developed by our company. With explosion-proof structure and explosion-proof valve, it is suitable for coal powder preparation system and collection of flammable and explosive dust. It adopts the scientific off-line ash cleaning mode, preventing the phenomenon of “re-adsorption” of dust after ash cleaning, featuring large ash cleaning energy, good ash cleaning effect, low system resistance, long service life of filter bag and high dust removal efficiency. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control, and the parameters can be set and adjusted according to the process changes.
Explosion-proof dust catcher consists of different number of chambers and different number of filter bags in each chamber to form a variety of different specifications, the number of filter bags in each chamber is 32, 64, 96, 128, the diameter of the filter bag is 130mm, 160mm, and the length of the filter bag is 2450mm, 3060mm.
