Compared with the traditional rotary dryer which adopts hot air as the drying medium, HWZH steam dryer adopts the mortgaged steam extracted from the power generation system as the drying medium, which is a stable heat source, saves energy and does not produce new pollution.
Tests show that when the material moisture is lower than 15%, the handling capacity and drying intensity are basically within the design range. The traditional drying system consists of coal storage, hot air furnace, dryer and its driving system, cyclone dust collector (or cloth bag dust collector) and discharge chimney, using hot air as the heating medium for direct drying of materials; while the steam dryer is a kind of indirect heat exchange type drying equipment, using the steam pipe arranged inside the dryer to heat the materials, and then a small amount of carrier gas (air) will be volatilized by the water vapor brought out of the dryer outside.
Steam rotary dryer is mainly used for drying materials with high output, and its airtight structure is suitable for drying flammable, explosive and dust-contaminated products.
